CN Canadian Women’s Open

Hello everyone! 

I just wanted to let you all know that I recieved an exemption to this years CN Canadian Women’s Open being held at Priddis Greens, just outside of Calgary, Alberta.  The event is the first week of September.  I can’t wait!!! 

For some of you that may not know, that is where I played in my first LPGA tournament in Canada back in 1999. I was unable to finish the event due to severe back and shoulder injuries.  My mother was worried sick about me, and I was eventually not able to bare the pain any longer.  I had to pull out mid round on the Friday, and was not happy about it.  I was able to do some work with the tv coverage on the weekend, but still never the same as competing.

I am very honored that CN and the RCGA have granted me an exemption to play in this years competition.  I know it will be a great event, and I look forward to seeing everyone there! 

I will write again soon!  I hope you are all enjoying some warmer weather and some good swings!
