Wrist Surgery
Hello again all! Well, sorry for the lack of information lately. I attempted to play my last tournament in London, Ontario, at the beginning of August. That attempt did not turn out well as I had to pull out of the event after the first day. My left wrist was still giving me problems so I decided to call it a year and get it fixed.
I drove my truck home from Buffalo, NY. Only a short 2700 miles and 7days to do it! Actually I stopped in Omaha, Nebraska; Minturn, Colorado; and Albuquerque, New Mexico. I spent an extra day in each place so as to break up the trip and have some fun–trust me it was fun! Pictures to come!
Now I am heading in for wrist surgery tomorrow–August 29th! Wow, eh?? It is time to fix the frayed ligament and make sure there are no other little things wrong in there. It will take about 4-6 weeks for recovery and then I will slowly get back into the swing of things—I know SLOWLY!! I can hear you all yelling from here!! ha ha
